Glen has been a trainer and working with kids for over 20 years. His passion is helping kids get to the next level in their specific sport.
Gina has a passion for helping people in general, after being in the nursing industry for over 15 years, she is still able to help people bye becoming a trainer, nutritionist, yoga instructor and gym owner!
Our gym actually began in Overland Park, Kansas. We were ready to move to another space and realized that we had a hard decision to make. Our options were to move farther south where there's a higher income demographic or move north where we can do better in helping and serving the community. With both of our backgrounds and knowing what it was like to grow up in an underserved neighborhood, we chose the latter and started our foundation!
We give kids the tools to succeed in sports and have better opportunities to succeed in life!
We help kids to understand they don't have to be a product of their environment, but more of a product of the choices they make in their environment. Our program gives them more options to make better choices!

47% of hispanic youth and 42% of black youth in our community are not as involved in sports than pre pandemic. Your support and tax deductible contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve chances for kids in our community to have more of a chance to play sports and hopefully go to college. Your generous donation will fund our mission by helping to provide performance training, workout gear, shoes and even life coaching to help kids in our community succeed!
